I am an EMDR Certified LCSW providing telehealth intensive services to adult individuals in Alaska and Florida. I am also a 200 Hr. trained yoga teacher. If patients would like, I enjoy offering somatic approaches/yoga into therapy intensives as apart of resourcing. I am trained in PRECI, ASSYST,and IGTP-OTS protocols.
I have extensive background working with law enforcement, veterans, active duty and the Alaska Native/Native American populations. I also have experience with and enjoy working with new mothers and spouses of first responders/active duty service members. I am most experienced working with trauma survivors: survivors of sexual assault, childhood abuse, workplace stress/violence, domestic violence, motor vehicle accident survivors, natural disaster survivors, vicarious trauma, dissociation, combat veterans and first responders who experienced combat, military sexual trauma, adoptees, and complex trauma.
