Hi, I’m Desiree Agee (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor based in Fort Collins, Colorado. I work with adolescents and adults of all genders and sexual orientations, and welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I support individuals through challenges related to trauma (including PTSD and C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, addiction, and ADHD.

I take a gentle, compassionate approach to therapy, fully understanding how intimidating it can be to ask for help—whether for yourself or someone you love. My first goal is always to meet you where you are, without judgment, so that you feel safe, supported, and free to be your truest self.

Our work together will be collaborative and personalized. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed the EMDR basic training and am looking forward to utilizing this modality with my clients. I also incorporate parts work and am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), deepening my ability to support clients through complex trauma.
